Happy Holidays and Happy New Year
Brethren,
As we gather to celebrate the warmth of the holiday season and welcome a new year, let us reflect on the timeless principles that unite us as Freemasons. The holidays are a time of giving, gratitude, and goodwill—values that resonate deeply with our Masonic tenets of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.
This is also a season of renewal, a time to look inward and recommit to the ideals we uphold as Masons: Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. Much like the symbolic working tools of our Craft, this moment invites us to square our actions, level our relationships, and polish the rough ashlar of our character as we prepare for a new year.
In Freemasonry, the bonds of fraternity transcend all seasons and bring us together in harmony. Much like the diverse traditions celebrated around the world, our Craft unites men of all walks of life, encouraging us to build a better world by improving ourselves.
As the new year approaches, let us recommit to spreading light in our communities, supporting our brethren, and striving toward personal growth. Together, we can embody an important Masonic principle that “the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.”
May this holiday season bring you peace, joy, and fellowship. Wishing you and your families a bright and prosperous New Year, filled with Masonic light and purpose.
Brethren, I leave you with this:
“One of The greatest things
You’ll ever learn
Is just to love
And be loved
In return”
